The participants were male teacher A in A University and female teacher B in B University. The classes were conducted as curriculum for early childhood education and care. We analyzed 41 segment of conference dialogue by SCAT ( Step for coding and theorization ). The following results were 2 teachers’ teaching method difference, the cause of their background and their expectations of student.
