 note = {本研究は、異なる保育者養成校教員の授業研究の話し合いから、教員の指導方法の差異を明らかにする。対象は、A 大学A 教員（ 男性・40 代） とB 大学B 教員（ 女性・60 代） が短期計画のねらいを指導した場面である。SCAT による分析から、二人の指導方法の違いと原因、学生への学習期待が異なることが明らかになった。本研究の知見は、FD 活動の一環としての授業研究を大学間で行うことの必要性を示唆した。, This study investigated the difference of 2 teachers’ teaching method at the conference after classroom observations. The participants were male teacher A in A University and female teacher B in B University. The classes were conducted as curriculum for early childhood education and care. We analyzed 41 segment of conference dialogue by SCAT ( Step for coding and theorization ).
The following results were 2 teachers’ teaching method difference, the cause of their background and their expectations of student. This results suggested needs of lesson study, which were take part some university as a part of faculty development.},
