 note = {本研究は、回復者主導型の薬物依存症回復施設(DARC:以下ダルク)において、新しい回復支援策の立案を目的としている。その研究の出発点として中部地方のXダルクの日常活動を1年にわたって調査した。調査から次の5点が明らかとなった。1.ダルク利用者の身近に、モデルとなるような薬物乱用・依存症からの回復者がいる環境ができていた。2.「遊び」の要素を取り入れた自由度の高いプログラムが整備されていた。3.回復過程に地元社会との交流が取り入れられていた。4.ダルク利用者の回復を進める上でこれらが有効に機能していた。5.外部機関からの支援・協力が少ない。今回の調査結果から、ダルク利用者の回復を推進してそれを確実化するためには、ダルクと医療面あるいは法的支援などのための各種の専門機関との連携の構築が必要であり、さらに関係する各種専門機関相互の連携構築も必要と考えた。また、薬物依存症からの回復とアルコール依存症からの回復について比較・考察した結果、これらは別個の問題として取り組む必要性が明らかとなった。, The aim of this study was to establish a new self-help recovery support system for drug addiction rehabilitation centers (DARCs). The study is based on a one-year survey of daily activities at a certain DARC in the central region of Japan. The survey revealed five points: 1. DARC users have an environment where they lead their lives with a model recovering from drug abuse and dependence. 2. Programs are provided in which they act at their own discretion and even some elements of "play" are incorporated. 3. Relations with the local community are forged in the recovery process. 4. The above function properly in promoting the recovery of DARC users. And 5. there is little support or cooperation from external organizations. The results of this study indicate the need to build cooperative ties with various specialist organizations for the purpose of giving medical, legal, or other professional support, and to assist drug addicts to steadily and remarkably recover from their ailment. It will also be necessary, to create a system for mutual cooperation between these various external organizations. In addition, comparison and consideration of recovery from drug dependence and alcohol dependence show that it is essential to adopt a separate approach for an effective solution to these problems.},
