As a result, a gap is developing between the nursing practice competency of new graduates and the abilities expected in clinical settings. Improving the nursing practice competency is an important task in both basic nursing education and Nursing continued education. Experience in clinical settings is important to improve the nursing practice competency, and an educational system that enables acquisition of nursing technique skills through repeated study of concepts with greater applicability to actual practice is needed.
