| 内容記述 | 外国籍の子どもを施設に受け入れている日本の幼児教育・保育現場の指導者にとって、彼らの持つ異なる文化・価値観への理解を深め、異文化に積極的に関与することが必要となってきている。本稿では、筆者がオーストラリア、クイーンズランド州にあるチャイルドケアセンター8園を訪問し、現場の保育者や施設長などにインタビューした際に集めた現地の教育制度、カリキュラム、保育環境などの情報を研究レポートとしてまとめ報告している。 | |||||||
