| 内容記述 | 筆者らが編んだ生活行動援助の文献集I〜III(日本看護協会出版会)に収録された"排泄に関する文献"1497件中の、「学習・訓練」の項に分類され、研究方法分類上は「事例」と判断された文献285件のなかから、排尿の自立に向けての援助を主題とした脳血管損傷および/あるいは痴呆の事例37件を対象に、看護の"教える・導く"作用は研究文献中にどのように表れているか、その作用は年代を追って研究的により明らかにされているかどうかについて調査した。その結果、看護の"教える・導く"作用は、1980年以前は、いつ、どのように、という"教える"に焦点がおかれ、"教える・導く"のプログラム化が重視されていたが、以後次第に、研究者(看護者)によって看護そのものの一環とみなされるようになってきたことがわかった。本来的な看護の不可欠要素として意識されつつあるといえよう。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | We had made an index to the nursing research, published between 1949-1993,on the arts of helping patient's activities in their daily living. There were 1497 research papers on elimination, 688 of which were categorized into teaching-learning, and then 285 of them were categorized into case reports. This study was conducted find some developing trends of the teaching-learning process of nursing in those case reports, especially focused on reestablishing urinary continence in stroke patients. The teaching-learning process in such cases emphasized to initiate a teaching program, before 1980. After 1981,it can be said that the nurse-researchers felt of their teaching as one of the elements basic to nursing practice which always focus on holistic patient. | |||||||||||
