| 内容記述 | 精神障害者小規模作業所は、地域における精神障害者の社会復帰に重要な役割を果たしている。本研究は、名古屋市における作業所の現状を把握し、その課題を明らかにすることで、今後の作業所のあり方について検討することを目的とした。調査は同意の得られた市内13ヵ所の作業所指導員に対し、質問用紙を用いて聞き取り調査を行った。その結果、以下のことが明らかになった。1)利用者の多くが自分の居住区の作業所に通っており、どの作業所も定員超過状態であった。2)利用者への手当額は日額478円と低く、作業環境も十分とは言えない。3)各作業所は財源の8割以上を名古屋市からの補助金に頼っている。4)作業所指導員は収入の低さ、各種制度の不備など雇用環境は良いとは言えない。5)作業所指導員が挙げる現在の作業所の問題点は、資金不足、作業所の今後の方向性、指導員数の不足であった。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | Community psychiatric rehabilitation workshops have played an important role in the rehabilitation of mental disorders in the community. The purpose of this study was to investigate the current situation, determine the issues the workshop in Nagoya, and to examine the ideal profile for future workshops. We interviewed 13 workshop staff members in Nagoya using question forms provided to make the inquiries. The following results were obtained : 1) Most members go to a workshop in their own residential area, and the workshops are all over capacity. 2) Members have low income (478 yen/day), and their work environment is not good. 3) Workshops depend on subsidy from Nagoya City for more than 80% of their needed revenue. 4) The workshop staffs have low income, and the lack of various systems makes for an unfavorable employment environment. 5) Problems of the workshop mentioned by the workshop staffs include financial difficulties, understaffing, along with issues involving forthcoming directions. | |||||||||
