| 内容記述 | HIV感染の予防は個人の意識と行動に依存する。しかし、予防の必要性を認識し、自身の問題として意識化し、予防行動を決定するには、それらを支援する環境が必要である。わが国のHIV/AIDSの現状は、同性愛者や滞日外国人に対して、HIV/性感染症の予防や医療に関する啓発を促進し、情報の入手や行動変容を起こしやすい環境の構築、HIV感染リスクやそれに伴う不安等に対する相談、検査、医療などの支援環境の構築が必要であることを示している。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | Prevention of HIV infection is dependent on individuals' knowledge and application of HIV preventive behaviors. However, in order to facilitate individual behavior changes, the development of an environment which supports information seeking and behavior changes is required. Japan HIV/AIDS surveillance date indicates the need to implement effective measures to deal with increasing infection rates among male homosexuals and foreigners. Measures needed include: the building of supportive environments to promote knowledge about HIV and Sexually Transmissible Infections, increasing the support for programs which encourage safer sex behavioral changes, improvement of the HIV counseling and testing systems to more effectively deal with the uneasiness accompanying HIV infection risk, and improvement of HIV related medical care, particularly for foreigners and homosexual men. | |||||||||
