| 内容記述 | 本研究は急性期病棟で働く看護師の抑うつ傾向の実態を明らかにし、抑うつ傾向にある看護師の離職意図ならびに医療安全への影響について検討することを目的に、臨床研修病院5施設に勤務する病棟看護師1197名を対象にCES-Dを用いた自記式調査を実施した。病棟看護師の54.0%が抑うつ傾向にあることが示され、経験年数別比較において抑うつ割合に差がみられた。抑うつ傾向による医療安全への影響を検討した結果、抑うつ傾向の有無とインシデント・アクシデントレポート提出数や有害事象発生と関連はみられなかった。一方、抑うつ傾向にある場合はない場合に比べて、薬剤関連のエラーやニアミスを起こす確率が約2倍に、トラブル遭遇頻度は2倍強に高まる可能性が示唆され、さらに離職意図は約2倍に高まることが示唆された。安全な医療を提供していくためにも、看護師の抑うつ状態についてスクリーニングを行い、抑うつ状態にある看護師へのメンタルサポートを充実させていく必要がある。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to clarify the present situation of the tendency to depression of the nurse working in acute care units and its effects on medical safety and nurses turnover intentions. Self-administered survey questionnaires using the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CES-D) were distributed to 1,197 nurses who were working at five teaching hospitals. It is shown 54.0% of nurses were in a tendency to depression and the difference is not seen with the years of nursing experience. As a result of having examined influence on medical safety by the tendency to depression, the number of the reports of incident and accident or the frequency of adverse events were not seen. On the other hands, the possibility to cause the error and near miss related medicine, frequency of encounter troubles and turnover intentions of nurse were more than doubled. It is necessary for offer safe medical care to screen it about the depression state of the nurses and expand the mental support to them. | |||||||||||
