| 内容記述 | 一有床診療所の受診者222名を対象に、医師に対する診察中の質問(顕在的質問)と診察に同席した研究者に対する診察後の質問(潜在的質問)について、実態調査を行った。その結果、(1)顕在的、潜在的質問ともに「病気」と「薬物」に関するものが多かったが、促されると生活行動に関する質問が増え、その内容は多岐に渡る。(2)限られた時間内になされた顕在的質問には肯否を求める"yes-no question"が多く、時間的余裕のある潜在的質問には情報の確認を求める"tag question"が多い。(3)顕在的質問がなくても受診者の中には思い迷っている「疑い」があり、それを質問のかたちで表出できるような援助が必要である。(4)受診者の質問は、看護婦にとっては受診者が抱える問題の核心を知る上で重要な手がかりとなり、受診者にとっては自己管理をするための学習の入り口になる。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the frequency, content, and form of questions asked by clinic patients during consultation and after consultation when encouraged to ask. A total of 222 patients took part in the study. Many patients asked about "disease" and "medication" in both situation. But there were more varieties in the questions asked after consultation than ones asked during consultation, and many of which related to the activities of daily living. Form of questions asked during consultation were mostly "yes-no question" but increased number of patients asked "tag question" after consultation when encouraged to ask. Asking questions may be a chance to learn self-care for patients and give a clue to the personal health education for clinic nurses. |
