| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、保健婦のエンパワメントの下位概念としての主体性およびコミュニティ影響力について、経験年数によって分析することである。保健婦を対象として質問紙調査を実施し、191名(40.6%)の回答から以下の結果を得た。 1)主体性は13項目のうち1項目を除き、コミュニティ影響力は7項目すべてにおいて、経験年数の増加に伴って得点が有意に増加していた。2)主体性を促進する要因は、経験10年未満群では自己充実的達成動機が高いこと、他職者へよく相談すること、同道(複数)訪問の機会が少ないことであり、経験10年以上群では働きがい度が高いこと、他職者へよく相談すること、職位があることであった。3)コミュニティ影響力を促進する要因は、経験10年未満群では事例検討の機会が多いこと、自己充実的達成動機が高いことであり、経験10年以上群では他職者へよく相談すること、働きがい度が高いこと、未婚であることであった。保健婦の主体性やコミュニティ影響力を高めるためには、事例検討や関連職種への相談が行いやすく、働きがい度が高められるような職場環境の整備が必要である。 |

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to analyze in terms of their years of nursing experience the sense of autonomy and positive influence on the community of public health nurses as a form of empowerment. The following results were obtained from a survey questionnaire distributed among 191 nurses (40.6%). 1) Except for one of 13 items, all 7 items dealing with positive influence on the community showed a significant increase with years of nursing experience. 2) As for autonomy-enhancing factors, nurses with less than 10 years' experience showed high motivation for self-fulfillment, frequently consulted other staff members, and had fewer opportunities to accompany their peers on visits. Nurses with 10 or more years' experience, on the other hand, showed higher job satisfaction, often discussed matters with other staff, and held positions of authority. 3) The group with less than 10 years' nursing experience had many opportunities for actual case work and high motivation for self fulfillment, factors related to positive influence on the community. The group with 10 or more years' experience often consulted other staff, felt their work to be very meaningful, and were unmarried. To heighten the sense of autonomy of public health nurses and their positive influence on the community, the workplace environment should be made more conducive to case work, consultation among staff, and more meaningful work. | |||||||||||
