| 内容記述 | 精神看護学実習では、リハビリテーション看護の理解を深めるために、病棟実習に加えて2日間の精神科デイケア実習を行なっている。本研究は、精神科デイケアでの体験学習の意義を明らかにすることを目的に、学生のレポートから精神科デイケアで学生がどのような体験をしたのか、またその体験をとおして何を感じ、考えたのかについて分析した。その結果、(1)精神科デイケア実習で学生は、メンバーやスタッフの様子を見る、聞くといった観察体験と、メンバーの一員としてプログラムに主体的にかかわるという体験をしていた。(2)メンバーと共に行動することで、精神科デイケアの目的や必要性についての理解が深まっただけでなく、メンバーのその人らしさや自己のかかわりのもち方、メンバーとスタッフの関係のあり方などを気づくことができた。精神科デイケア実習でメンバーの一員として体験をすることは、地域に暮らす精神障害者を一人の生活者として理解するだけでなく、対象の個別性を尊重した看護のあり方を考える上で重要な学習体験の機会となっていた。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | A two-day training course in psychiatric day care, in addition to psychiatric nursing practice on the ward, was applied to students to strengthen understanding of rehabilitation nursing. In the present investigation, we attempted to clarify the usefulness of practical hands-on experience in practice for psychiatric day care by analyzing their term papers after the end of the practice program. The results were as follows : 1. Students who underwent the psychiatric day care practice had firsthand opportunities to hear from patients and staffs, and to acquire hands-on training as one of the members. 2. Through be having together with faculty members, students understood the objectives and nesessity of the psychiatric day care, and also learned a better relationship between faculty members and staffs. This program may afford to students many important experiences that they recognize and respect human individuality and understand the life of a person with psychiatric problems in the community. | |||||||||
