医療の高度化や入院患者の高齢化、患者の安全確保や権利意識の向上、在院日数の短縮化等により、看護学生が臨地実習において心身への侵襲を伴う看護技術の実施ができる機会が少なくなっている。その結果、卒業直後の新人看護師の看護実践能力と臨床現場が期待している看護実践能力との乖離が生じている。看護実践能力の向上は基礎看護教育と継続教育どちらにおいても重要な課題であり、看護実践能力を高めるためには臨床現場での経験はもちろん、より実践に即した学習を繰り返していくことによって、技術が習得できるような教育システムが必要である。そこで、看護実践能力の向上に有用な視聴覚教材について文献検討を行い、この結果を基に名古屋市立大学病院看護部と名古屋市立大学看護学部のユニフィケーションによる動画教材を開発した。 |

There are few opportunities in clitical practical training to perform nursing techniques that are mentally or physically invasive from the nursing students by advances in medicine, increasing number of elderly patients, the need to ensure patient safety, increasing awareness of rights, and shorter hospital stays. As a result, a gap is developing between the nursing practice competency of new graduates and the abilities expected in clinical settings. Improving the nursing practice competency is an important task in both basic nursing education and Nursing continued education. Experience in clinical settings is important to improve the nursing practice competency, and an educational system that enables acquisition of nursing technique skills through repeated study of concepts with greater applicability to actual practice is needed. Therefore, we conducted a literature search to identify effective audiovisual education aids that have been used to improve nursing practice competency, and based on those results, developed video teaching materials with unification between the Nagoya city university hospital department of nursing and Nagoya city university school of nursing. |
