| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、公衆衛生学的研究におけるソーシャル・キャピタル概念と健康との関連性、及びソーシャル・キャピタル指標の明確化について、文献レビューにて明らかにし、公衆衛生看護活動におけるソーシャル・キャピタル概念の有効性に関する基礎的検討を行うことである。今回、PubMedと医学中央雑誌のデータベースを用いてRCTの文献検索を行った。キーワードは、ソーシャル・キャピタル、健康とした。医学中央雑誌においては、抽出された文献はなかった。PubMedについては、13件の文献が抽出され、研究目的に有効な5件の文献について検討を行った。分析の結果、①RCT研究に用いられていた指標は、ソーシャル・キャピタル概念の基本的要素を基礎としたものであり、社会凝集性としてのソーシャル・キャピタルを測定していた。②5件の文献は、社会凝集性としてのソーシャル・キャピタルの構成要素を設定していたが、具体的な質問項目に共通性は見いだせなかった。③現在までのRCT研究の蓄積においては、健康と社会凝集性としてのソーシャル・キャピタル概念の強い関連性は確定されなかったが、貧困世帯の多い地域では、関連性が示された研究があった。④分析手法としては、個人特性の交絡因子の影響を除去するために回帰分析が用いられていた。今後は、社会凝集性としてのソーシャル・キャピタル下位概念の構成を検討した上での測定指標の構築が必要であると考えられた。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of social capital in public health nursing by assessing the association between social capital and health and clarifying the social capital index. A review of public health literature using PubMed and Igaku Chuo Zassi was conducted and previous RCT studies were identified using the keywords: social capital and health. No studies were retrieved by Igaku Chuo Zassi. In PubMed, 13 documents were retrieved and five studies which met the inclusion criteria were used for this study. Findings were (1) The social capital index used for RCT studies was based on social capital's basic elements, and the index measured social capital in terms of social cohesion. (2) Five studies measured components of the social capital as social cohesion, but there was no commonality in questionnaire items. (3)In these five RCT studies, strong associations between health and social capital in terms of social cohesion were not indicated, but there was one study which showed an association in an area where many poor people lived. (4) Regression analysis was used for data analysis in order to remove the influence of personal characteristics as confounding factors. In future, construction of a social capital index should be conducted after examining subordinate concepts of social capital in terms of social cohesion. | |||||||
