日常生活が自立していると保健婦が判断した65歳以上の高齢者102名を対象に面接調査を実施し、目的別の外出の機会の特徴、外出の機会と抑うつ状態や主観的幸福感との関係を検討した。調査期間は2001年1〜3月で、調査地区は師勝町の2地区とした。その結果、両地区とも仕事や老人・婦人会等による 外出の機会は少なく、買い物、受診、趣味の会等による外出の機会は多かった。目的別の外出の機会と抑うつ状態や主観的幸福感との関連では、概ね外出の機会が「ある」と回答した者は「ない」と回答した者より抑うつ状態が低く、主観的幸福感が高い傾向にあった。これらの中で、有意差がみられた外出の機会は2地区で異なり、その要因として対象者の属性が考えられた。 |

The purpose of this study was to consider of the aspects of social activities and the relationships among those items, depression and subjective well-being through the interview to 102 elderly aged more than sixty five, judged who could live by public health nurses. The interview was given at the two areas in SHIKATSUCHO during January through March 2001. As a result, the elderly were hardly engaged in work, ROJINKAI or FUJINKAI, and had many opportunities to go to shop, see a doctor, SYUMINOKAI on both two areas. The people who had some social activities tended to reply that they were in lower depression and higher subjective well-being than those who did not have them by each activity. However, social activities which had the significant difference were different between areas. Their characteristics ware found as a reason for that. |
