| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、一般病棟におけるターミナル期患者をケアする看護師の精神的健康度について検討することである。653名の看護師を対象として、自記式質問紙調査を実施した。看護師の精神的健康度の測定にはK6を用いた。653名のうち563名から返答があり(回収率86.2%)、そのうち523名を分析対象とした(有効回答率80.1%)。523名の看護師のK6の平均値は6.4±4.7であった。K6のカットオフ値は4/5である。K6が5点未満の看護師は205名(39.2%)、5点以上の看護師が316名(60,4%)であり、本研究における看護師のK6得点は、既に報告されている地域一般住民のK6得点よりも高い傾向にあった。一般病棟でターミナル期患者のケアにあたる看護師は精神的に不健康な傾向になりやすい可能性があることが示唆された。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The aim of this study was to investigate the mental health problems among nurses who have cared for terminally ill patients in general hospitals. The tool for the investigation was a self-administered questionnaire survey on 653 nurses. Their mental health status was assessed by the K6. Of the 653 questionnaires delivered, 563 were returned (response rate 86.2%). 523 responses (80.1%) were used for further analysis. The mean score of K6 was 6.5 (SD=4.7). The cutoff point of K6 was 4/5. There were 212 nurses (39.3%) under 5 points and 325 nurses (60.3%) over 5 points. Their K6 score was higher than that among the general population. The results indicated that nurses in the care of terminally ill patients in general hospitals have a higher degree of mental health problems. | |||||||||||||
