| 内容記述 | 訪問看護における感染の有害事象と標準予防策実施の実態を明らかにするため、訪問看護ステーション6事業所の管理者に、訪問看護中に発生した感染に限定した内容のインシデント・アクシデントと標準予防策の遵守状況について半構成的インタビューを実施した。感染のインシデント事例には、疥癬の発生、ノロウイルスによる感染性胃腸炎発生、利用者ベッド上に注射針キャップの置き忘れ、結核の発生、耐性緑膿菌が検出された利用者の発熱、不衛生な環境による感染の恐れが7件あった。アクシデント事例は4件で、利用者から看護師にMRSAが感染した事例と、疥癬が看護師を介して利用者間で感染した事例、そしてノロウイルスが利用者の家族から看護師に感染した事例、訪問看護の対象である有料ホーム入所者の経管栄養実施者にノロウイルスの集団感染があった。感染の有害事象発生の原因には、感染症や予防対策の情報が入手しにくいこと、標準予防策が遵守されていないことが示唆された。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | A semi-structured interview survey on incidents and accidents during home visits relating to infection and adherence to standard precautions targeting managers of 6 institutions that provide visiting nurse services was conducted. There were 7 incidents relating to infection: scabies, infectious gastroenteritis due to norovirus, a left needle cap on a patient's bed, tuberculosis, multidrug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and suspected infection due to unsanitary conditions. Additionally there were 4 accidents: a nurse infected by a patient with MRSA, patients infected with scabies via a nurse, a nurse infected with norovirus by a patient's family, and patients at a nursing home were infected with norovirus by enteral nutrition. It was suggested that the cause of adverse events relating to infection are connected to the current situation where information on infection and safety precautions is hard to obtain, as well as the lack of mastery of standard precautions in a clinical setting. | |||||||||||
